We begin with a free one-hour consultation to get to know the client and establish the basic requirement. From there we carry out an elementary costing exercise and if the client wishes to proceed further, provide a detailed outline of costs and timescales.
Once a project begins, a systems analysis would be completed by one of our specialists at the client’s premises to review the way the organisation is currently managing its data and to collate any documentation associated with this process.
As a result a system specification would be produced and following approval, development of the software would commence. At each phase of software development a review would take place and progress monitored, with amendments implemented where required.
Following completion, the software would be implemented and tested. A training schedule would ensure all users were confident using the system before it went ‘live’.
